One blogging world

Well, so far we have had a great response from the american blogsphere and the arabian blogsphere for Alaa's release, and now even the Israeli blogsphere is joining the fight (Here , here , here and here ), not to mention the europeans as well .

Do you understand what this mean?

It means that the Americans, europeans, arabs and israelis are actually 1) in agreement , 2) united with one goal in mind and 3) working together to achieve it. How about that? Is the blogsphere awesome or what?

I will leave you all with a Dry Bones cartoon, one which Yaakov drew back in Sadat's days , but still relevant till this day. I guess all that talk that these are the final days of Sadat rule all over again really does have some merit to it. Hmmm…

Have a good one! :)

Word is definitely getting out and the Israeli blogosphere is getting into gear behind Alaa. We’ve got 8 blogs taking part so far with more promising to have posts online after Shabbat. I’m keeping a running list of those taking part in my neck of the woods and there are several wikis where you can list the blogs taking part (http://demologue.wikispaces.com/Google%20Bombs%20for%20Alaa?&token=f026cc099347a98664504bd9933efd6b). If others want to do this (keep list links on their blogs) I think this also helps to up the googlebombing because websites that are linked more by others get higher rankings on the google listing.

Keep up the fantastic reporting for us Sandmonkey! You deserve a big thanks and round of applause.

We hope that our local readers will write to the local Egyptian embassy and put pressure on them.

We hope that all goes well.
