I think male (all males) has sense of rhythm. All one needs is to have a permission.
That sort of thing looks stupid enough when it’s some wormy 20-something white kid showing all his gangsta props (whatever the Hell that is). Middle aged white guys doing that sort of thing should be clubbed and skinned.
